Partnering to Define and Live lives of purpose, meaning and joy--in connection with ourselves and others.
When you work with me, you can expect that we will keep your goals and vision of “feeling better” as a touchstone. Together, we will create a plan of what you want to see change in your life and practice new strategies to help you live the life of joy, confidence, peace and connection that you want.
Everyone is unique, and so is their therapy! I pull from a variety of evidence and science-based treatments to customize interventions and care plans for each person. My professional passions include neurobiology and re-integration, mind-body connections, relational health, intergenerational healing, multicultural practice, and resilience.
People of all races, ethnicities, faiths, gender identities, sexual orientations, relationship structures, abilities and body sizes are welcome.
EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Colorado, I'm experienced working with people on depression, anxiety, complex relationships, grief and loss, stress and life transitions. I am highly skilled in collaborating with psychiatrists and medical teams, clarifying diagnoses, and creating effective plans. I've worked with people and families in wilderness therapy, psychiatry and substance use outpatient, and integrated primary care. I completed my Masters of Social Work at the University of Denver with a concentration in Family Systems and Relationship Therapy.
To stay current on the latest research, I regularly complete continuing education. I am currently enrolled in certification for Relational Life Therapy (RLT), a treatment model for couples and relationship work.
